FUNDING BOOST GIVES LOCAL STUDENTS ACCESS TO WORLD-CLASS EDUCATION
The Government’s Building the Education Revolution Package brings forward $110 million to fund quality proposals for Round Two of the Trade Training Centres in Schools Program. This builds on the significant investment of $277 million previously available for Round Two.
For those schools that submitted an Expression of Interest, applications for Round Two funding close in June 2009.
“Congratulations to all our local secondary schools that applied for and were successful in the second phase of this Program,” Mr Fitzgibbon said.
“I encourage all of our eligible secondary schools to work closely with their education authorities to develop high quality, sustainable proposals.”
